Unless otherwise stated, all lore, characters, stories, images, and other creative works within the Sxlaris Universe are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license. This means:
1. You are free to:

ㅤㅤ▣ Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
2. Under the following terms:
ㅤㅤ▣ Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to this wiki, the CC BY-SA 3.0 license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in a way that suggests we endorse you or your use.

Sxlaris Name and Logos
The name "Sxlaris" and its associated logos are not covered by CC BY-SA and remain the protected trademark of Sxlar Wasteland.
If you would like to use the "Sxlaris" name or its logos in your own projects (e.g., branding, promotional materials, or derivative works), you must request a third-party license.
How to request a License:
1. Join our official Discord server
2. navigate to the #support channel
3. Click submit a ticket, and enter "Third Party Content License" as reason for submission
4. fill out any other necessary information
We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
▣ Third-party works that do not use the "Sxlaris" name or logo, but use lore, characters, and other shared elements under CC BY-SA, do not require explicit approval.
▣ Any use of third-party intellectual property (namely cosmetic items from collaborational events in Kult Rising) is subject to the licensing terms of the respective owners and is not automatically covered by this policy.
